Why Choose a Specialized Day School (SDS)?

Traditional educational pathways are not always structured to support students whose strengths emerge through hands-on, career-focused learning.
At TACT, we believe in honoring individual strengths and learning styles, while ensuring every student with an active IEP receives a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Active Transitional Education

TACT’s Specialized Day School provides a tailored educational experience designed to meet the unique needs of each student. Our SDS program serves individuals ages 18 to 21 who are enrolled in a public school transition program. It supports students with neurodivergence, learning disabilities and behavioral needs through specialized, hands-on vocational training aligned with transition goals.

Students learn by doing, building confidence, practical skills and clarity around future career pathways.
